Follow our progress through the FIRST Tech Challenge "DECODE" season as we design, build, and compete.

Phase 1 Summer 2025
Off Season Prep
Team recruitment, sponsor outreach, and strategic planning for the upcoming season.
Phase 2 Sep – Oct 2025
Prototyping
Game kickoff, robot design, and extensive prototyping. Achieved complete CAD model and Ri30h scouting.
Phase 3 Oct – Nov 2025
Robot Build & Driver Prep
Intensive driver practice, autonomous programming refinement, and competition strategy development.
Phase 4 Nov – Dec 2025
Qualifiers
Regional qualifier events. Qualified Top 5 from both qualifiers with major robot improvements.
Phase 5 Dec 2025 – Feb 2026
Finals Prep
Final optimizations, strategy refinement, and preparation for Ontario Provincial Championships.
